Yaz\u0131m\u0131zda binalar\u0131n depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l anlar\u0131z, nerelere ba\u015fvurabiliriz \u015feklinde merak edilen sorulara yan\u0131tlar verdik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6zellikle son b\u00fcy\u00fck deprem felaketinden sonra belediyeler kendi il ve il\u00e7elerine \u00f6zel \u00fccretsiz deprem dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k testi ve kira yard\u0131m\u0131 gibi uygulamalar yapabilmektedir. Binan\u0131n sa\u011flaml\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7mek&nbsp;i\u00e7in deprem testine&nbsp;ev sahipleri iki \u015fekilde ba\u015fvuru yapabilir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bakanl\u0131k Onayl\u0131 Firmalara Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Kanunu Kapsam\u0131nda Ba\u015fvuru Yaparak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6306 say\u0131l\u0131 Afet Riski Alt\u0131ndaki Alanlar\u0131n D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi Hakk\u0131nda Kanuna dayanrak \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya belediyelerin lisans verdi\u011fi kurumlara ba\u015fvurarak binan\u0131n risk durumu tespit ettirilebilir. Afet riski alanlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak ba\u015fvurular i\u00e7in maliklerden birinin talepte bulunmas\u0131 risk tespiti ve kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flamas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeterlidir. Bu kapsamdaki ba\u015fvurunun, binan\u0131n riskli \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 durumunda&nbsp;yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 mevcuttur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00d6zel Firmalara Bilgi Ama\u00e7l\u0131&nbsp;Depreme Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k Testi i\u00e7in Ba\u015fvuru&nbsp;Yaparak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir di\u011fer y\u00f6ntem ise kat maliklerinin \u00f6zel risk denetim b\u00fcrolar\u0131na ba\u015fvurmas\u0131d\u0131r. Binadaki maliklerin ortak&nbsp;karar\u0131 ile \u00f6zel proje b\u00fcrolar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan binan\u0131n depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 analiz edilebilir. \u00d6zel kurulu\u015flara deprem dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k testi yapt\u0131rmak kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmden farkl\u0131 olarak bilgi ama\u00e7l\u0131d\u0131r, yani sonu\u00e7 riskli bile \u00e7\u0131ksa yapt\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yoktur. Deprem testi sonucu firma, herhangi bir hasar varsa bina sahiplerine durumu a\u00e7\u0131klar. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme ya da y\u0131k\u0131m gibi gereklilikleri aktar\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6zel kurulu\u015flara binan\u0131n risk durumu tespit ettirelecekse firma se\u00e7imine dikkat edilmesi gerekir. Hizmet al\u0131nmadan \u00f6nce raporu haz\u0131rlayacak \u015firketlerde&nbsp;deprem konusunda uzman in\u015faat m\u00fchendislerinin yer almas\u0131&nbsp;\u00f6nemlidir. \u0130ncelemeyi yapacak uzmanlar; \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131na \u00fcye ve Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a Yap\u0131 Denetim ve Proje Denet\u00e7isi belgesine sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zel firmalardan bina analizi i\u00e7in hizmet al\u0131nmadan bakanl\u0131k onayl\u0131 belgeler&nbsp;talep edilmeli, teyit edilerek analiz i\u015flemlerine ba\u015flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bina Riskli \u00c7\u0131karsa Ne Olur?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Binan\u0131n riskli \u00e7\u0131kma durumunda ne olaca\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fvuru y\u00f6ntemine g\u00f6re fark\u0131la\u015f\u0131r.
